Ryan Sessegnon in line to make Tottenham debut as Tanguy Ndombele returns from injury

Ryan Sessegnon is in line for his Tottenham debut after recovering from a hamstring injury and Tanguy Ndombele should also return to the starting XI against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Sessegnon was carrying the injury when he joined Spurs from Fulham last month and has had to wait until now for a chance to play.

Meanwhile Ndombele is also available following a thigh problem that ruled him out of the games against Newcastle and Arsenal.

Kyle Walker-Peters, another player who missed the north London derby through injury, is fit again after a damaged hamstring.

However, Giovani Lo Celso, the summer signing from Real Betis, is a long-term injury absentee — as revealed by Standard Sport on Tuesday — and faces a number of weeks on the sidelines.

Lo Celso has a hip problem that will rule him out of first-team training until at least the end of October, which he sustained while playing for Argentina in the international break.
