Ryan Kent in social media move as he unfollows Liverpool amid Rangers interest

Ryan Kent looks increasingly poised to leave Liverpool after scrubbing mentions of the European champions from his social media.

Jurgen Klopp told the media at Murrayfield on Sunday Rangers would have to buy him as the winger is not available on loan again.

Kent enjoyed a good pre-season for the Reds but missed out on facing Napoli in Edinburgh due to a reported illness.

And now the 22-year-old has unfollowed Liverpool on his Instagram account.

Earlier, Anfield boss Klopp all but ruled out another loan move to Ibrox.

The German said: "His time is over I think for giving him on loan. At an age like this, players need to find a place where they can settle.

"That’s probably the situation at the moment, but we will see. A loan is no, only if Rangers can buy him.”

He now seems destined to leave Anfield but Rangers would have to cough up the quoted fee of £10million.

Leeds United and Aston Villa have been credited with an interest in Kent although the former have already bolstered their squad in the wide positions during this window.
