Ryan Giggs has re-iterated that he does not believe sanctions on racism in football are strong enough ahead of Wales' Euro 2020 qualifier against Hungary.
The Hungarian Football Federation were punished by UEFA due to the racist behaviour of some of their fans in Hungary's opening qualifying match against Slovakia earlier this year.
In addition to being fined a total of €23,500, they were also ordered to close a section of the Groupama Arena for their clash with Wales on Tuesday night.

A total of 3,000 seats will be unused, with Hungary being forced to display an anti-racism banner with the wording '#EqualGame' along with the UEFA logo emblazoned on it over the empty chairs.
And Giggs has urged supporters attending the match in Budapest to be on their best behaviour.
"It (Hungary punishments) means there's less fans in the stadium and I understand it's a very good atmosphere. I've talked about it before that sanctions on racism aren't being strong enough," said the Wales boss.
"But for me it's all about concentrating on the game. We hope that all the fans behave as always in all the games."
Wales had 1,100 supporters at the Stadion Gradski for their 2-1 defeat to Croatia on Saturday while 1,273 members of the Red Wall will be in attendance for the match against the Hungarians.
Many more travelled without match tickets in a bid to sample the atmosphere of being away with Wales.
And Giggs lavished praise on the Red Wall for their support over the course of the away double header.
"I must say, we had an hour just walking around town yesterday, I've seen a lot of fans who have made both games, and the support we've had is fantastic," said the manager.
"We'll need the support, and hopefully we'll quieten the home crowd and give our fans something to cheer because they deserve it.
"The players realise the support we get and we want to give them something to cheer about. That's important for the players and for us as staff because we know it's not easy travelling over here."
In addition to the previous sanctions from UEFA, Hungary boss Marco Rossi has been ordered to watch the game from the stands after being sent off during his side's win over Azerbaijan on Saturday.
Wales currently trail joint-group leaders Hungary and Croatia by three points, although they have a game in hand over both nations.
