Ryan Fraser in 'advanced' Liverpool talks as Aberdeen prepare for major windfall

Aberdeen could be set for a huge, unexpected transfer bounty after reports in England suggested Ryan Fraser is in "advanced talks" with Liverpool.

The 25-year-old left for Bournemouth in 2013 for £400,000 and the Dons had the foresight to include a mammoth 20 per cent sell-on clause in the deal.

It means that the Pittodrie outfit would snaffle £3m of a prospective £15m fee.

The Dons were hoping to scoop £6m in the summer after £30m interest from Arsenal but the transfer failed to materialise and with Fraser's contract running down it appeared they would miss out.

Wales Online are reporting that Liverpool are keen to include Harry Wilson as part of a swap deal.

The Welsh star in on loan with the Cherries and has been a top performer for Eddie Howe's team.

A move to Liverpool would surely interest the left-sided flyer where he could team up with Scotland international teammate Andy Robertson .

The Bournemouth star would have a job on his hands to displace current starter Sadio Mane but would be a solid squad addition for the Champions League holders.

Fraser created 14 assists last season, with only Eden Hazard more prolific in terms of laying on goals for teammates.
