Cincinnati Bengals rookie quarterback Ryan Finley was one of bigger losers of the “Madden 20” rookie ratings reveal.
Finley landed with a rating of 56 overall, worst among Bengals rookies. But that didn’t stop him from having some fun with the ratings process, as he shows up late in the video above.
The topic? Finley’s catch rating. He said the following: “I had a one-handed catch; I’m sure it went viral.” Finely’s catch rating? A 44.
Finley is going to have to show something to get that rating bumped in the right direction. The same goes for his overall after he struggled in OTAs and minicamp. Those struggles have made the battle to back up Andy Dalton more interesting and keep guys like Jake Dolegala as interesting names to watch.
