Ryan Christie to lead Celtic transfer exodus as Burnley and Norwich 'battle' for Scotland star

Celtic star Ryan Christie is reportedly being followed by both Norwich City and Burnley.

The Scotland international's contract expires in 2022 but unusually he is not tied down until the end of next season.

Christie's deal instead expires in January, meaning he's free to enter into negotiations with other clubs this summer.

According to the Daily Mail, Celtic are keen to get some sort of fee for the 26-year-old so he could be the first out of the exit door in the summer rebuild.

Newly-promoted Norwich are believed to be keen as Daniel Farke looks to strengthen for their return to the Premier League.

And, as first revealed by Record Sport in September, they face competition from Burnley, with Sean Dyche's side set to make their move once top flight status is officially secured.

Christie has four goals and eight assists so far this season but looks set to be part of a summer exodus.

Defender Kris Ajer is also wanted by Norwich, with Newcastle United and Milan interested too.

And star striker Odsonne Edouard looks certain to leave with Leicester City and clubs on the continent keen.
