Ryan Christie smashes viral challenge as Celtic star shows his basketball skills

With footballers around the world stuck in the house due to the coronavirus shutdown, a viral challenge urging people to stay at home is taking social media by storm.

Players are challenged to do as many keepy-ups as possible with a toilet roll in what is dubbed the 'stay at home challenge'.

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard and top-goalscorer Alfredo Morelos have both had a go, and of course Lionel Messi smashed it out the park.

Celtic left-back Greg Taylor was on a pretty good run until being cruelly dispossessed by his dog, while Felipe Melo stayed true to form and went in on his toilet roll with a two-footed tackle.

Christie might just have topped the lot though with a two-person bog roll bonanza culminating with a nonchalant flick into a waiting basketball hoop.

Before COVID-19 caused all sport to be suspended the 25-year-old was having a fantastic season, scoring 20 goals in all competitions for Scotland and Celtic.
