The Milwaukee Brewers are named after beer and I’m sure many of their players enjoy a nice, cold beer from time to time.
But I’m also assuming that those same players would prefer to not have a beer dumped on their head during a game while they’re trying to do their job .
But that’s exactly what happened to Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun on Sunday as he went back to the wall at Citi Field in New York and got hit by a whole lot of beer from a Mets fan who was also trying to make a play on the ball.
Check this out… it even happened right on to the “This Bud’s For You” ad:
Amazing.
That Bud was really for him, I guess, as Braun was able to laugh it off.
The Mets’ Pete Alonso, by the way, legged out a triple on the play.
