RX Tradex to organise ‘Manufacturing Expo 2023’

RX Tradex extends a warm invitation to industrialists to witness the grandeur of 8 machinery-technology exhibitions at the esteemed 'Manufacturing Expo 2023' - the ultimate Machinery and Technology Event for Manufacturing and Supporting Industries at BITEC from 21st to 24th June 2023.

Under one roof, RX Tradex will orchestrate 8 extraordinary exhibitions that showcase the most comprehensive range of technologies and solutions for manufacturing and supporting industries at Manufacturing Expo 2023. The event will encompass designated areas for international pavilions from 6 countries and special administrative regions, creating a global melting pot of innovation. With over 70,000 expected participants hailing from 30 countries, visitors will have the chance to explore groundbreaking technologies from more than 2,000 esteemed brands. In collaboration with the government sector, attendees, especially industrialists, will have access to over 50 enlightening conference topics, expanding their knowledge horizons.

Mrs. Varaporn Dhamcharee, Managing Director at RX Tradex (formerly Reed Tradex), shares her thoughts on Manufacturing Expo 2023, stating, "This year, the event is scheduled to take place from 21st to 24th June 2023 at the prestigious Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna, occupying Hall 98-104. The theme for this year's Manufacturing Expo is 'The Path,' symbolising the journey that industrialists will embark upon to discover their path to success. After a two-year hiatus, we are thrilled to welcome a multitude of foreign exhibitors. This year's event will feature new technologies from various countries, including international pavilions representing China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong."

Manufacturing Expo 2023 will encompass five industry-specific events:

InterPlas Thailand: The foremost exhibition for the plastics manufacturing industry, showcasing machinery, technology, chemicals, and raw materials for plastic production, including state-of-the-art electrical injection moulding machines from Europe and Asia for medical equipment and disposable product manufacturing.

InterMold Thailand: An exhibition dedicated to Mold and die manufacturing, featuring tools and tooling for Mold production and maintenance.

Automotive Manufacturing: Showcasing cutting-edge technologies for automotive parts manufacturing, including Sheet Metalworking and Metrology.

Assembly & Automation Technology: A platform highlighting robotics and automation systems.

Surface & Coatings: A dedicated showcase for the surface treatment and coatings industry.

Additionally, three co-located events will enhance the exhibition experience:

  1. NEPCON Thailand: ASEAN's premier exhibition for assembly, measurement, and testing technologies in electronics manufacturing.
  2. FacTech: The inaugural event focused on construction, maintenance, and facility management.
  3. GFT: ASEAN's comprehensive exhibition for the garment and textile manufacturing industry, presenting a wide range of technologies, including sewing, printing, embroidery, and textiles with special features, along with OEM services for automotive, packaging, medical, and home furnishing sectors.

In addition to machinery and production technology exhibitions, Manufacturing Expo 2023 will feature special exhibition areas, including:

• "Sustainovation Showcase": A groundbreaking display showcasing the production process of bioplastic products, with collaboration from various sectors, including bio-based raw material suppliers, injection molding machine owners, and industry associations.

• IPC Hand Soldering & Rework Competition: A thrilling competition where contestants can showcase their soldering skills, with the chance to compete at the IPC Hand Soldering World Championship in Germany.

Attendees can engage with experts and access valuable insights in the "Tools & Tooling Zone" and "Metrology Zone," where leading brands will exhibit technologies that enhance production efficiency.

The seminar program at Manufacturing Expo 2023 will feature an extensive range of over 50 topics, providing participants with valuable insights into the latest trends and technologies. Here are some highlights:

• Automotive Summit: In its 10th year, this summit, co-organised with the Thailand Automotive Institute (TAI), will explore the theme of "Reshape the Future of Thai Automotive Industry."

• Plastics Forum: Organised in collaboration with the Plastics Institute of Thailand, this forum will delve into "Rethinking Innovation: Breathing a New Life to Plastics."

• Surface & Coatings Forum: In partnership with TEPNET, this forum will shed light on the "Global Industrial & Technology Landscapes in the Surface Finishing Industry of the Post-COVID World."

• InterMold Forum: Presented in association with the Thai Tool and Die Industry Association (TDIA), this forum will discuss "The New Wave for Mold: A New Door to the Thai Mold Industry."

• GFT Forum: Organised alongside the inFASH Thailand Institute of Fashion Research, this forum will explore "Colour Trend 2025."

With a growing number of exhibitors and pre-registrations, this year's event promises to be vibrant, attracting participants from over 30 countries across the globe. Approximately 70,000 visitors are expected to attend, fostering substantial business negotiations valued at least 6,000 million baht.
