A woman was rushed to hospital after being hit by a van while crossing the road in Rutherglen.
Police were called to the scene on Mill Street yesterday evening, shortly after 5pm.
The woman was taken to Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by ambulance. Her condition is unknown.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.05pm on Tuesday, 1 December, 2020, police were called to a road crash where a pedestrian was struck by a van whilst crossing Mill Street, Rutherglen.
"The woman was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital."
