Ruth Langsford shows off dance moves after accusing Eamonn Holmes of mocking her condition

Ruth Langsford showed off some nifty dance moves after she admitted she couldn't stand Eamonn Holmes breathing.

Ruth decided to show off her nifty dance moves as she talked to Loose Women and danced to a disco track they played.

Ruth, 60, rose from the sofa as Eamonn watched on and she wiggled her hips and got jiggy with it.

She even did a bit of twerking as impressed viewers and the amused Loose Women panel watched on.

Gok Wan also danced away, mirroring her moves and Ruth said: "Oh I miss a dance, I love a dance, Gok we need to go dancing."

Gok who was over at the other side of the studio said: "Ruth you have some serious moves."

Ruth's dance came after she accused Eamonn Holmes of not taking her Misophonia seriously.

The conditions means certain sounds trigger emotional or physiological responses.

Ruth suffers from the condition which makes her snap at Eamonn when he slurps, crunches and taps.

Eamonn ventured: "Even to the point of me breathing, you wouldn't like."

Ruth wasn't happy and elaborated: "Well if you're too close to me and you're breathing... if you're giving me a cuddle, which is lovely."

Eamonn replied: "You mean when I'm just being affectionate?" at which point Ruth accused him of making fun of her.

Eamonn replied: "I'm not making fun of it! I'm having to live with it!"

Ruth revealed she's even had to speak to strangers saying: "Excuse me, can you stop that?!' And then I blurt it out and I'm really embarrassed."
