Ruth Langsford quizzed by Loose Women co-stars after 'worrying' about her

Ruth Langsford was quizzed by her Loose Women co-stars after they admitted to 'worrying' about her.

The presenter, 60, made a return to the ITV panel show on Tuesday after not being seen for weeks.

It comes after Ruth and husband Eamonn Holmes were cut from This Morning's regular line-up.

Returning to Loose Women, fellow panelist Linda Robson asked: "Now, Ruth - where have you been?!"

"I haven't been anywhere," Ruth responded with a laugh. "Everybody's been worried..."

Linda added: "You're not on social media, I'm worried about you!"

But Ruth explained: "I just took some time off because I didn't take any time off all of last year.

We worked through all of that and there was no point in going on holiday, was there?

Linda was quizzing Ruth on her whereabouts (ITV)

"So I don't want to make you jealous, ok, where I've been - it was quite chilly, it was my front drive because I've got a skip."

She added to viewers: "So yes, I am still here at Loose Women. I know people had been asking if I'd left..."

Linda repeated: "We were worried about you!"

"Well thank you, but you don't need to worry about me. I'm back," Ruth said.
