Ruth Langsford was left cringing into her seat on This Morning today after husband Eamonn Holmes' x-rated slip-up live on air.
The couple were speaking to presenter Fearne Cotton about her new interior design show when he made the awkward remark.
Fearne was speaking about the show prompting her to redecorate her own home.
"The ceiling is the fifth wall, which I never even thought about," Fearne said. "Why not paint your ceiling a colour?"
Eamonn quipped: "Or put a massive great mirror on it?"
His comment prompted stunned silence from Ruth and Fearne, who looked at him in shock.
"Well, if that's your thing Eamonn..." Fearne said as the crew laughed behind the scenes. "You knock yourself out!"
Ruth exclaimed: "Not in my house you won't!"
Fearne laughed: "We're leaning a lot about you today!"
"I seriously don't want to be looking at that," Ruth drily remarked. "Seriously!"
"Well it's the fifth wall!" Eamonn insisted.
"'It's the fifth wall, why not mirror it?' says Eamonn," Fearne joked.
