Eamonn Holmes isn't alone in his struggle with a bad back - wife Ruth Langsford has been having similar problems.
The TV favourites are both seeing experts to try and help their recovery.
Eamonn was diagnosed with a dislocated pelvis and three slipped discs in March that had left him dependent on crutches and in chronic pain.
The 61-year-old presenter has likened his recovery to "learning to walk again".
Ruth has now has told fan she is "really struggling" after suffering an injury while out running.
The This Morning favourite has been documenting her Couch to 5k fitness journey over on Instagram as she builds up her fitness.

However Ruth, also 61, recently spoke about how she's had to miss some of her running sessions due to a "back strain".
She is seeing a physio who is helping her manage the situation.
She told her one million followers: "I haven’t run for over a week because I picked up a bit of muscle strain on my back, and I had a bit of physio for it and wanted it to rest.
"I’m going out to run two of week eight, another 26-minuter, and I feel really nervous because I haven’t run for so long!
"It’s stupid, isn’t it, because I can just stop! Or I can start again! So it’s stupid to feel nervous but I do."
But afterwards, Ruth was hard on herself telling her followers it was an "epic fail".
"Epic fail today. I just wasn’t feeling it. I said I was nervous, I just wasn’t feeling it. I was really struggling, couldn’t get my breathing right.
"I got to halfway and I was like, ‘Oh God, I can’t do it!’ Pushed on a bit more, I think I stopped quite soon after that, so I don’t know what I’ve done. 16 minutes, I don’t know.
"But I failed. And I just walked. I tried to walk briskly - bit disappointed, but it’s the first fail in eight weeks so I’m not going to tick this one, I might try again tomorrow or leave it a day."
She added: "It’s because I haven’t run for a while. These things happen in life – we fail, we pick ourselves up and we try again."
Ruth was inundated with messages of support from fans who wished him well on his recovery.
Another commented: "You're doing so well one step ahead of everyone still on their couch."
"It’s not a fail Ruth just some days your body don’t want to. Go again tomorrow it’s a new day," a third encouraged.
A third told the star: "So admire you for doing this ! You are a winner for keeping going."
