Rutgers’ radio broadcast went nuts calling Ron Harper Jr.’s stunning buzzer-beater over Purdue

The No. 1 team in the country — Purdue — was 3.4 seconds from beating Rutgers, a team that came into Thursday night 4-4 on the season.

But after a Purdue hoop putting the Boilermakers up 68-67, Ron Harper Jr. dribbled up as the clock ticked down, and just inside halfcourt, he let it fly.

And in it went.

What a shot! What a moment! Rutgers fans stormed the court! WOW.

Of course, the radio call from Rutgers radio captured the madness, with lots of screaming. There’s also the Purdue call, which was actually still exciting.
