Four Russian MMA fighters took part in a partially blindfolded tag-team MMA fight which saw them left bloodied and bruised.
Epic Fighting Championship hosted its latest episode in Russia with the outrageous fighting match-ups continuing in traditional fashion. Vlad Podkolzin and Daniel Buslovskiy fought on one tag-team and were up against rivals Gulmamadov PM and Magamed Taygunov.
The fight began with one man from each team putting on blind folds during an incredibly bizarre bout. Initially the blindfolded pair began the opening round aggressively attacking each other with the other fighters stood as bystanders. The same pattern continued with just two fighters blindfolded during the opening stages.
All four men then put on blind folds and tried to launch their own damaging attacks without actually being able to see each other. Frequently the fight went to the ground in a blind wrestling match, with fighters separated on multiple occasions during a confused tussle on the floor.
However the round reached the midway point where a mass brawl broke out between both the blindfolded fighters and the fighters who were able to see. The referee struggled to intervene and prevent the chaos which saw other members of security to rush in and prevent the fight from getting out of hand.
Eventually with just under a minute left of the round, all four men had their blindfolds removed, with both sets of pairs battling with a counterpart for the later stages. They aggressively landed heavy blows while fighting in the pairs for the conclusion of the round leaving their faces significantly damaged.

A pattern continued in the next round for the first two minutes until all four men came together in a mass brawl as they tried to hit pretty much everyone and anyone on the cageside. The fight ended with fighters treated for several cuts in their corners having been left injured during the bloody tag-team war.
All four men were stood together at the final bell with Gulmamadov and Taygunov pronounced the winners and they celebrated wildly after the decision was made. This is the latest of several outrageous ruled match-ups which make for a weird and wonderful watch.
