Russia-Ukraine ceasefire in doubt after latest drone strikes

  • Russian drone strikes in Ukraine have reportedly killed at least four people and injured 36 ahead of the Orthodox Easter ceasefire.
  • Two fatalities occurred in the Odesa region, with one each in Dobropillia and Poltava, where a drone hit a shop and cafe.
  • Separate attacks in Sumy injured 14 individuals, including a 14-year-old boy and an 87-year-old woman.
  • Ukraine's Air Force reported that Russia launched 160 drones overnight during the attacks.
  • The ceasefire, proposed by Volodymyr Zelensky and agreed by Vladimir Putin for 32 hours, is met with scepticism by Ukrainians due to continued hostilities.
