Russell Westbrook explained why he yelled at Jazz fan: ‘I’ll (expletive) you up. You and your wife.’

Russell Westbrook had another ugly run-in with a Utah Jazz fan in Utah on Monday night and most of this one, and the words he used, were caught on camera.

It all happened while Westbrook was on the bench during the Thunder’s big win over the Jazz. The star guard could be heard yelling to a fan sitting near Oklahoma City’s bench:

“I promise you. You think I’m playing? I swear to God. I swear to God. I’ll f— you up… you and your wife. I’ll f— you up… No, f— that! F— that! I promise you, everything I love. Everything I love, I promise you.”

You can see the exchange, along with the bad words (so run for the hills if you don’t like bad words), here:

Westbrook spoke to the media after the game:

The Utah Jazz released their own statement:

Apparently some fans were punished by security with “warning cards” after the incident:

The fan actually talked to a Utah reporter after the game:

Westbrook confronted a Jazz fan after the Thunder lost to Utah in Game 6 of their playoff series last year.:

We’ll likely find out soon what the NBA thinks about all of this.
