Russell Westbrook said he can beat LeBron James in a game of 1-on-1

Everyone knows that Russell Westbrook is as confident as they come and thinks he can beat everyone. His favorite slogan is “why not?” and so perhaps it shouldn’t come as a surprise that he believes he can beat LeBron James in a game of 1-on-1.

The subject of a game of 1-on-1 between Westbrook and LeBron came up during an episode of Kevin Hart’s YouTube show ‘Cold As Balls.’ Westbrook was a guest on Hart’s show, where Hart and his guests take time in the cold tub to chat about everything.

“LeBron James will not win, and he’s a good friend of mine,” Westbrook told Hart. “I’m just letting you know. I’m winning.”

This adds a little extra intrigue to All-Star Weekend, especially in light of LeBron’s All-Star Draft trade of Westbrook to Team Giannis in exchange for Ben Simmons. Westbrook will definitely have a chance to at least put up some big numbers against LeBron’s team.
