Russell Martin has issued a rallying cry to the Rangers fans to stick with the team despite a disastrous Champions League play-off defeat to Club Brugge tonight.
The visitors raced into a 3-0 lead at Ibrox inside 20 minutes this evening, as loud boos echoed around the stadium.
Danilo pulled a goal back for the Scottish Premiership side in the second half, as they improved on the various mistakes that occurred during the first period, which handed the Belgians a huge advantage heading into next week's return leg.
Asked if he could understand the frustration of the fans, especially those who booed at various points during the evening, the head coach replied: "Yes, I think they're all entitled to their opinion. Although, I do think we're going to need them, so much."
He continued in his post-match chat with Amazon Prime: "For a long period, bar one season, the club hasn't been as successful as it wants to be.
"So, we need to come together. After the second half performance, I hope they went away knowing this tie's not over and feel that the team wants to run and fight for each other. The team's going to need them.

Rangers first-half collapse leaves big Martin questions, UCL readiness answered
"The precursor to change is pain, unfortunately. We knew - I knew - coming in here that there was going to be some pain early on.
"We have to make sure the pain's going to be really worth it. We've had to go through some big pain in the first half, but the response from the players has given me nothing but energy and excitement about what's to come.
"We'll all grow together through this, but we have to grow together as a club. We have to give the supporters more moments like we did in the second half to really make them feel like what's going to come."
