Russell Martin blasted "selfish decisions" from his Rangers team as he told the players to get on board or they simply won't play.
The Ibrox boss was left "hurt and disappointed" by the 1-1 draw against Motherwell on the opening day of the Scottish Premiership season.
Martin conceded that his side didn't even deserve to take a point from the contest as he fumed over the performance levels at Fir Park.

On Rangers TV, he said: "We were in a good position, then we turn over the ball every time we get into their final third and try and rush.
"Some of the decisions were...well, they're selfish decisions really, not the best thing for the team.
"Or there are decisions based on a bit of anxiety or whatever but they are still not good decisions.
"The lack of fight and aggression, and intensity, we paid the price for. They [Motherwell] landed on every second ball, they ran relentlessly and credit to them.
"It is not good enough for us."

Martin then sent a hardline warning to his players as he stated that any "resistance" to his methods or commitment to high-intensity efforts would result in players not playing under him at Rangers.
"We will be in the meeting room tomorrow," he said.
"They have to understand why we are asking them to do certain things.
"If there is a certain resistance to certain things...you either come on board or you don't play, really. I believe it is that simple.
"Too much ego, too much self-preservation, and, actually, I don't think we deserved a point."
