Commuters are facing lengthy delays this morning as a two car accident has closed parts on the M8 in Glasgow .
Lanes two and three remain closed, with traffic just passing in lane 1, of the M8 westbound between junctions 15 and 16.
Traffic is queued all the way back to junction 11 with Traffic Scotland reporting delays of up to 45 minutes at the moment.
Police Scotland and TRISS units are at the scene, with debris on the road causing further problems for drivers.
