Rural Edinburgh restaurant reopens after two years following huge transformation

An Edinburgh restaurant has showed off their stunning transformation after reopening for the first time in two years.

The Fetching Fox has welcomed customers back to their rural gastropub in Kirkliston after the venue and business saw a major overhaul.

Located next to Conifox Adventure Park, the pub was formerly the Conifox Garden Bistro, which hadn't opened since the pandemic.

However, in recent months, staff had been sharing renovation updates, which included ripping out almost the entire interior and giving the old stone building a fresh new look.

As well as new seating areas, the pub now has an entirely new food and drink menu, with the team ecstatic to welcome back locals over the last few days.

Speaking on social media, they said: "It’s been over 2 years since we last opened our doors and we’re excited to welcome you all back.
