England centre Piers Francis has been cited for a dangerous tackle on the USA's Will Hooley in their win on Thursday.
Francis caught Hooley with a shoulder-led challenge to the head and his hearing will take place in Tokyo on a date to be determined.
Meanwhile, USA flanker John Quill will today attend a hearing after his red card in the same match.
