The This Morning presenter announced he was having to leave the reality TV show this afternoon, after being taken to hospital last night following a 'medical emergency' on the set.
While Richard reassured fans that he is 'absolutely fine' on Instagram, he said he now had to leave the show because he had broken the Covid ‘bubble’.
However, I'm Celeb usually has celebrities on standby, that are ready to enter Gwrych Castle amid line-up changes.

If he does get the nod, he will join fellow DJs and musicians Naughty Boy and Snoochie Shy
An ITV spokesperson told the Mirror: "Richard was unwell in the early hours and was immediately seen by our on-site medical team. He's since been taken to hospital as a precaution, the health and safety of our campmates is our priority."
Madeley, best-known for hosting This Morning alongside his wife, Judy Finnigan, is one of 12 contestants taking part in this year’s series at Gwrych Castle in North Wales.
