Ruben Loftus-Cheek limped off during Chelsea's friendly victory over New England Revolution with a suspected ankle injury and could be a doubt for the Europa League final.
The 23-year-old landed awkwardly after appearing to catch his boot in the patchy turf at the Gillette Stadium.
The midfielder looked in agony and stayed down before receiving medical treatment on the pitch from the Chelsea physios.
Loftus-Cheek then had to be assisted in walking off the pitch and it would have been concerning to see the lack of weight he was able to put on his left foot.
Maurizio Sarri had complained about the timing of the friendly, with the Europa League final less than a fortnight away.

The Blues face a gruelling travel schedule as they come back from Boston before heading to Baku for their final preparations for the clash.
It remains to be seen whether the extent of Loftus-Cheek's injury could keep him out of the final, but the midfielder will certainly be a doubt to make the trip.
