Some residents in Alyth did not get their rubbish picked up as scheduled yesterday.
Perth and Kinross Council’s waste services team said it was unable to complete the scheduled bin collection on Monday, February 3 because of “operational reasons”.
The residents affected by this are being told to leave their bin outside on the kerbside.
A spokesperson for the local authority said: “Due to operational reasons, we were unable to complete bin collections in the Alyth area yesterday.
“A vehicle is out today [Tuesday, February 4] to collect any bins that were missed, please leave your bin at the kerbside.
“We apologise for any inconvenience.”
