RTE viewers were full of praise for a young trainee nurse from Co Wexford who was looking for that special someone on Pulling With My Parents.
The hit show was back on our screens with a brand new episode on Monday night as a new set of unlucky-in-love singletons handed over complete access to their dating apps to their parents.
From Tinder to Grindr, Bumble and Scruff, the dating series sees parents get a crash-course in dubious emojis, inappropriate pictures and questionable approaches as they try to find a perfect match.
Kicking off Monday’s show was Wicklow girl Savannah, who called on her dad Frank and mum Lyn to help her find her Mr Right.
The 24-year-old business development associate explained to viewers how her dating life has hit a rough patch after she was forced to move back from London and in with her parents due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Savannah told how she renovated the shed at the end of parent's garden into her own personal space which she has christened the 'slut hut'.
She said: "I moved to London at the start of the year to start my new life, start living life, I'm 24 you know, I want to have fun.
"Covid hit, I had to come home so we renovated the garage into the slut hut."
The name of her new abode had viewers in hysterics, with fans taking to Twitter to express their delight and shock at the 'slut hut'.
"My mam is truly shocked with the idea of a slut hut. Had to rewind and doublecheck the phrase several times," said one viewer.
"TV gold. well done girl yup the Slut Hut," said another.
While a third added: "The slut hut Take a bow Savannah Nolan."
Savannah's parents set her up on a date a bodybuilder, but the duo failed to hit off.
Her second date with break dancer Daniel went better, with the pair hitting it off over a coffee leading them to organise a second meet-up.
Also looking for love on Monday's show was 18-year-old trainee nurse Cian, who said he was sick of being “friend-zoned” so he turned to mum Maria and dad Padraig to help him find his perfect match.
Cian said: "I do get a lot of attention. I do have girls coming up to me asking for my Snpachat and stuff like that and we do text afterwards, but it just doesn't work out."
The Wexford native revealed that he was eager to find the right girl after his most recent date went disastrously wrong.
He said: "Basically we were talking in the cinema and I had my 7up in my hand and I spilled it all over her top.
"It was just a disaster. She didn't like it one bit."
Viewers were all in agreement that Cian represented himself very well during his time on the show, hailing him a 'gentleman' and a 'solid young lad'.
"Ah Cian comes across as such a nice lad. Hope he finds someone in life. So tough on young people," said one viewer.
Another wrote: "For every young girl out there who things “all guys are d**ks” - there’s a Cian. What a nice lad - good craic and a gentleman."
A third added: "Aww Cian is really sweet!"
While a fourth chimed in: "Cian is a solid young lad he represents himself v well."
With the help of his parents, Cian landed a date with Megan, but the pair failed to hit it off during an awkward outing.
However, the teenager fared much better on his second date with Lauren as sparks flew between the couple, who decided to meet up for another rendez-vous.
