The Tommy Tiernan Show has fast become a favourite among RTE viewers with the chat show consistently proving to be a ratings hit among viewers.
The comedian first took the helm of the show in 2017 and it continues to please audiences alike to this day.
Tommy's ability to connect with a wide range of guests despite not knowing who he will be chatting to until moments before the interview takes place.
The show has been so popular particularly throughout the lockdown that RTE moved to please fans by adding a further six episodes to the latest season.

This season alone has seen Tommy talk to the likes of rugby legend Brian O'Driscoll, crime journalist Nicola Tallant, sports commentator Eamon Dunphy and fellow comedian Ardal O'Hanlon among many others.
While viewers have been thrilled with the season so far they came to the sad realisation that Saturday night's episode was the last of the season and were dismayed that the show will not be returning for another year.
One social media user wrote: "Next Saturday, no more Tommy Tiernan Show and the pubs are still closed. Well that’s just great.
Another said: "F*** sake. Last Tommy Tiernan show in the series. What are we meant to do now."
A third added: "It’s a shame the Tommy Tiernan show ends tonight I could watch his show every Saturday throughout the year."
And another said: "Tommy’s ability to add humour and intelligence at the right time is the magic of this show. Am gonna miss it."
