Maura Derrane has shared an adorable video of her son Cal reading Bressie's children's book.
Cal, aged 5, competently read the book and it seems that he is a budding broadcaster just like his famous mum.
The youngster had no issue speaking aloud and projecting his voice and it is no surprise given the fact that Maura fronts Ireland's biggest lifestyle TV show on RTE and his dad, John Deasy, is a seasoned politician.
But his skills are made even more impressive given the fact that Cal hasn't even started school yet, RSVP Live reports.
Alongside the video, Maura said: "Cal reading from @bressie book The Magic Moment. It’s such a great book and gives kids confidence to overcome their fears.
"Cal is a total bookworm and adores reading. Long may it last."
She added: "@bressie Cal is available to do your audiobook."
Maura believes that Cal is more adult-oriented because he is around grown-ups a lot more than other children.
She previously told RSVP Magazine: "He loves Thomas the Tank Engine; he reads all the books, collects the trains and knows everything about them. He calls the trains 'his work'.
"He is wild enough since coming to the Aran Islands though, which is good for him.
"He is milder and more sedate when he is at home because he is not running wild through the fields.
"I have noticed he has gotten stronger since getting here - it is the country life."
