RTE show is looking for Dublin-based homes to redesign and renovate

The producers of Home Rescue are looking for Dublin-based properties to renovate for the new season of the popular reality show.

In a post online, COCO TV said: "Attention Dubliners! We're looking for Dublin based homes that could do with some Home Rescue love! Apply online today!"

The new season will see architect Róisín Murphy, builder Peter Finn and their crew return for new episodes on RTE One.

As always, the gang will be redesigning rooms and doing their very best to bring some order to the aesthetic chaos.

For those that are aware of Home Rescue, each week Murphy and Finn redevelop an existing home that's cluttered.

As stated on the production brief: "'This could belong to a family, an individual or a group of friends. We tackle their clutter head-on and offer them real resolutions with an entire makeover of two of the worst rooms in their house, all done with the help of IKEA."

In terms of applicants, the show's producers are looking for people who may have fallen out of love with their home or who are struggling to find space among the clutter.

Given the fact that the majority of people have spent the last 18 months working from home, the team are eager to help anyone that might be starting to feel a little claustrophobic.

Applicants must be over 18 years of age and a permanent legal resident on the island of Ireland
