Ryan Tubridy is in the Christmas spirit already and begun the countdown to the Late Late Toy Show - giving his listeners the fear in the process.
The annual tradition, which sees kids from across the island generally cause chaos and havoc for three hours by playing with toys, is regularly the most-watched thing on Irish TV.
Usually, the show airs in either the last week of November or the first week of December, to much joy.
And Ryan has begun the countdown on his RTE radio show this morning.
He said: "The diary has been quiet the last 18 months or so but in the last few weeks we're starting to put scribbles in here and there. And the people on the Toy Show team, they said to me 'it's starting'.
"Which means that the juggernaut is being turned on and the engines are rumbling and we can feel it getting bigger and bigger. It's only eight weeks until the Toy Show! That's pretty scary!"
Ryan traditionally starts the Toy Show's with a spectacular musical performance and it sounds like the 2021 edition will be no different, as he explained: "I have a lot of dancing and singing to do and lessons and stuff. So I need to get going on that, because they've chosen particularly difficult tasks for me this year."
Last year's edition, which had to be socially-distanced and without an audience, gave us such moments as Adam King's virtual hug and Dermot Kennedy's surprise appearance to perform with a fan.
Then there was the moment that Ryan appeared to turn the air blue after a bottle of Fanta spilled.
