Taoiseach Micheal Martin will appear on Friday night's Late Late Show, RTE have confirmed.
The Taoiseach will sit down with Ryan to provide an update on Ireland's Covid-19 situation.
Also among this week's guests is Kathryn Thomas, presenter of Operation Transformation.
The show has come under hot water this week after eating disorder group BodyWhys said it was “triggering” to some of its service users.
A petition to axe the show reached almost 8,000 signatures.
Kathryn will appear alongside the five new leaders for 2022 show - John Ryan, Stefano Sweetman, Kathleen Hurley Mullins, Katie Jones and Sarah O'Connor Ryan .
Viewers will also be treated to a "very special TradFest music session" on tomorrow's show.
Some of the country’s most-talented Irish musicians will perform, including Mike Hanrahan (Stockton's Wing), Niamh Dunne (Beoga), Dara & Mick Healy (Boxing Banjo), Bridín, Mairead Ni Mhaonaigh (Altan), Séamus & Caoimhe Ui Fhlatharta.
