RTE star Kathryn Thomas revealed that her newborn baby was rushed to Crumlin hospital last week.
The presenter had a stressful few days as her little girl Grace was brought into A&E over breathing difficulties.
Kathryn told her Instagram followers that her gorgeous baby was diagnosed with bronchiolitis but thankfully is now home safe with her family.
Sharing a photo of Grace hooked up to hospital machines, the Operation Transformation host asked her followers to donate to the Toy Show appeal.
She told her fans: ‘There is still time to donate to the @latelaterte Toy Show appeal. We are only catching up now as we spent three days in Crumlin with little Grace.
‘Her breathing got v laboured on Wednesday so I brought her straight to A&E. She was diagnosed with bronchiolitis but thanks to the incredible nurses and doctors she’s home now and doing great.’
Kathryn continued: ‘Hospitals are difficult places to be but a children’s hospital is on another level.
‘But the care and compassion we received from the nurses day and night was unbelievable. I cannot thank them enough. We got to go home this weekend but so many families and their little mites didn’t.
‘Please if doing any last-minute shopping online, please donate if you can.’
As of Monday morning, the Late Late Toy Show has raised €6.5million.
Kathryn and her husband Padraig welcomed baby girl Grace Anne McLoughlin last month.
