RT Isaiah Wilson explains dramatic flop to draw offside penalty vs Florida

Georgia right tackle Isaiah Wilson has my vote for this year’s Academy Award nomination for best actor.

This past Saturday Wilson helped the Dawgs take down the Florida Gators by a score of 24-17 in more ways than just stuffing defensive linemen.  Wilson gave an incredible flop to draw an offside penalty against Florida defensive end Jabari Zuniga with 29 seconds left in the half on 3rd and long, giving Rodrigo Blankenship a 37 yard kick instead of a 42 yarder to end the half.

WATCH:

The flop was too priceless for Wilson not to joke about it a little, as well as explain himself.

Zuniga was pretty clearly offside but Wilson wasn’t taking any chances

Awesome stuff from the big Dawg.  Anything to beat Florida.
