GUWAHATI: The RSS on Friday sent out a strong message for upholding the concept of "one nation, one people" and maintain "friendly atmosphere" among the two warring states of Assam and Mizoram.
RSS senior leader Indresh Kumar, who is the chief patron of Bharatiya Christian Manch, in a video message said, “This is a humble appeal for peace. My dear brothers and sisters of Mizoram and Assam… We have one nation, one constitution, one national flag and so we are one people. Let us restrain from any conflicts and maintain peace and build a friendly atmosphere amongst ourselves for prosperous mahan Bharat and be careful from the instigators.”
