Responding to a fan who asked what she dubs her biggest regret in life, she said: “Not going to therapy sooner for ED,” referring to her eating disorder battle, which she has documented throughout her journey to recovery.

Roz, who turned 30 in September began by saying: “Stop trying to just fit in with everyone else. You’ll lose yourself even more.

“Don’t do things because you’re pressured - or doing something just to be cool. Once you get to my age you realise it’s probably the most uncool thing.

Listing quality time with grandparents as an important piece of advice, she went on to say: “Don’t give up team sports,” and “don’t be in a rush to get a boyfriend.

“Get off your phone around family - you’ll never get that time back,” she added.

Roz, who is championed online for being so open and transparent on social media went on to say: “Being kind is better than being popular. Learn to relax. Keep a diary. Pick subjects you actually enjoy rather than ones that might make ones that might make ‘good’ jobs.

“Ask for help more - from parents, siblings, aunts, friends if you’re struggling from school to how you feel.”

The body positive influencer’s list and words of wisdom also included: “Girls aren't in competition with each other and “your body isn't just for show so don’t start looking at it as a number.”

Later on in the online session, when asked if she was planning to have any kids in the near future, went on to say: “ I would love to, obviously. Hope in the future I can.

“But if anything this stay has given me even more respect for parents out there. Finn is such easy work.

"Like he’s so happy all the time but it’s very full on and demanding for any parent.

“Hats off to ye lads!”

The former Miss Universe Ireland, who is currently back living at home in Tipperary whilst waiting on house repairs also told of her excitement to spend her first Christmas at home with her family in almost a decade.

The foodie and cookbook author who usually spends Christmas abroad said: “No, I’ll be staying put from all travelling until it’s OK to do it again. "Kind of looking forward to it, it’s my first Xmas home in 9 years.”
