The recent Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2023 at Parc Paragon saw a wide range of fresh ingredients from farms delivered to downtown Bangkok as part of a collaboration involving the Royal Project Foundation along with Siam Paragon and Gourmet Market.

To the theme Wondrous Taste of Superfood, the site was transformed into a stylish flower garden café, allowing photographers to capture the beauty of blooming flowers amid a truly bounteous setting.

Kiosks for the event sold a variety of nutrient-rich grains and superfoods such as mountain-grown brown rice, adzuki beans, quinoa, cold-pressed black sesame oil, cold-pressed flaxseed oil and cold-pressed perilla oil, as well as various fresh vegetables and fruits.

Many varieties of tea including red, oolong and Assam were featured in addition to Lingzhi herbal tea along with a Red Lingzhi and artichoke herbal drink. Also available were dark- and medium-roast coffees offered in bean, capsule and drip form as well as a Lingzhi extract.

Royal Project type 80 strawberries, cape gooseberries, special passion fruits, blackberries and black seedless grapes as well as processed foods and herbs were directly transported from the mountains to satisfy health-conscious urbanites.

The setting was lent a further homely ambience with various flowers and ornamental plants including Valentine's Day roses in red, pink, old rose, yellow and white. Likewise adorning Parc Paragon were chrysanthemums and cymbidiums along with potted herbs like rosemary, basil and mint which were also on sale at special prices.

Chaipattana Foundation, Mae Fah Luang Foundation and Doi Kham showcased a collection of striking handcrafted products from local communities around the country to celebrate local wisdom. Shoppers also could sign up for free flower-arranging workshops conducted by professionals.
