The highly-anticipated Royal Project 57 fair will bring the finest products from highlands to the heart of Bangkok, at CentralWorld, Ratchadamri Road, from Saturday to Aug 12.
Held under the theme "The Blooming Legacy Of Royal Flora" by the Royal Project Foundation, this year's event features premium produce, innovative agricultural products and authentic highland experiences across many zones, spanning over 3,000m² from the 1st to 3rd floor.
Visitors will immerse themselves in the beauty of temperate flowers, discover exhibitions showcasing sustainable highland development and indulge in signature dishes crafted from Royal Project ingredients.
A major highlight is the first public display of the Queen Suthida Rose, at Central Court, 1st floor. Unveiled in celebration of HM the Queen's 48th birthday, the roses will be showcased alongside the iconic golden-yellow Queen Sirikit Rose, conserved in honour of HM Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.
This zone also sees the interactive floral landmark "Royal Legacy In Bloom", featuring giant blossoms that gracefully open and close their petals and rare species like edelweiss and gentian.
Visitors can indulge in an exclusive afternoon tea set featuring highland ingredients and enjoy live performances before proceeding to a series of royal tribute exhibitions at the adjacent Beacon 2.
At Eden 1, the "Royal Project Marche" will feature fresh farm produce and innovative creations straight from the mountains, including fresh fruits, cold-climate vegetables, mushrooms, edible flowers, health drinks, lavender and edelweiss products, and premium Arabica coffee. Also available will be 12 exclusive ready-to-cook meal kits created by renowned chefs.
Another highlight is the "Royal Project Kitchen" at Eden 2 on the 2nd floor, which serves mountain-style signature dishes made from high-quality ingredients. Featured menu items include trout salad with edible flowers, fresh flower spring rolls, crispy wonton mushroom salad and trout fish cakes.
The legendary original avocado ice cream will make its annual comeback at Eden 3 on the 3rd floor. Also presented are special highland flavours from Thung Roeng -- cape gooseberry, mulberry and passion fruit; as well as soft-serve options in strawberry, passion fruit, coffee and Thai tea.
Back to the 1st floor, many royal initiatives and foundations will present their quality products across Beacon 2, 3 and 4. They include the Support Foundation, Friends in Need (of "PA") Volunteer Foundation and the Kamlangjai Project.
Neighbouring booths will showcase agricultural and food innovations from Kasetsart University, Mae Fah Luang Foundation, Doi Kham, and the Department of Livestock Development.
