The Royal Mint has revealed a set of new coins which will be released this year.
The coins are expected to be a big hit with collectors, especially a new Olympic 50p.
It features different sporting equipment, including a pair of boxing gloves, a basketball, a bicycle and some rowing oars.
The new piece will be released in celebration of the Tokyo Olympic Games, which will be held in July.
The Royal Mint has not yet revealed which coins will enter circulation and which ones will be commemorative coins, however Coin Hunter's Colin Bellamy has said that the 50p is the most likely to go into circulation.
Elsewhere, a special £2 coin will also be minted to commemorate the beginning of the end of the Second World War, as 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of VE Day.
It is etched with a crowd of people celebrating the news that Germany has surrendered on May 8, 1945. People are smiling and cheering ans the piece is emblazoned with the word 'victory'.
Coin collectors can also look forward to the issue of a £5 coin. This is usually reserved for special royal occasions and this one is no different.
It will be released to mark 200 years since the end of King George III's reign. It has depiction of the monarch and features an illustration of the Copper Horse monument – a statue of the king on horseback that sits in the grounds of Windsor Castle.
Other coins to be released in 2020 include an Agatha Christie £2 coin and anther £2 piece to celebrate 400 years since the voyage of the Mayflower.
The Agatha Christie piece has a handgun and a bottle of poison in reference to the famous murder mystery novels.
Meanwhile, the Mayflower coin shows the ship that carried 102 men, women and children from England to the US to start a colony.
Nicola Howell, the chief commercial officer at the Royal Mint, said: “Our 2020 annual set commemorates a broad range of important historical events and people that have had a huge impact in how we live our lives today.
"Not only that, but in support of how proud they have made our nation, both in the past and present, we’re delighted to have unveiled a Team GB 2020 50p coin in support of our athletes heading to the Tokyo Olympic Games this summer."
