Royal family 'look on with hands over eyes every time Harry and Meghan speak'

Prince Harry is set is to “go deeper” into his mental health story, sparking royal aides’ fears of more attacks on his family.

The Duke of Sussex and Oprah Winfrey will join participants and experts to host a “town hall” discussion entitled The Me You Can’t See: A Path Forward.

The show will air on Friday.

Harry’s Archewell website said the Apple+ programme will begin to answer the question: “Where do we go from here?”

A source told the Mirror: “Each time Harry and Meghan now speak, the family look on with their hands over their eyes.

“Between them, they have made several serious accusations which they know will not be responded to by Harry’s family.”

Last week, the Duke, 36, lambasted the parenting skills of his father the Prince of Wales, 72.

He also accused his family of “total neglect” when wife Meghan, 39, felt suicidal amid harassment on social media.

Harry also revealed he turned to drink and drugs in later life as he dealt with the trauma of his mother’s death.

The Archewell site says: “In The Me You Can’t See: A Path Forward, Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey reunite with participants and experts from the series for a thought-provoking, wide-ranging discussion to build on their initial conversations around mental health and wellbeing.”

Harry’s future relationship with his family was brought into question following his and Meghan’s interview with Oprah in March.
