Royal Ascot 2019: Mike Tindall makes Queen laugh out loud with Ascot hat trick

Queen Elizabeth is famous for keeping her composure, no matter what the situation at hand involves. But when Mike Tindall performed the ultimate hat trick for her, she couldn't help but giggle.

Mike Tindall performed a party trick for Queen Elizabeth, Princess Beatrice and Sophie Wessex at the Royal Ascot. The trick was simple enough if you’re looking to recreate it at home (or at the next royal event you attend). Mike removed his hat to reveal a mini replica hat hidden inside.

Mike Tindall is married to Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter, Zara Tindall. He was previously a rugby player and she’s a former Olympic horsewoman. He and his wife regularly attend Royal Ascot week and it certainly looked like they enjoyed themselves this year.

Mike was spotted laughing with Prince William and even grabbed his face at one point. He certainly appears to be the comedian of the royal family.

Prince Charles and Camilla were also in attendance in their best hats. In fact, so many royals were present that some compared it to an "Avengers, assemble!" moment.

It wasn’t just the British royals who made an appearance. Queen Maxima and King Willem-Alexander joined everyone after the Order of the Garter service.

For the rest of the event, he wore his regular sized top hat and not his little one but the reveal certainly made for a touching family moment.
