Roy Keane has taken to social media to wish his wife Theresa a happy birthday.
The Manchester United legend often describes his children as his first born, number 2 etc, and couldn't resist a laugh by referring to his wife, who he has been married to for 24 years, as his "first wife".
Posting on Instagram, the former Republic of Ireland captain and TV pundit said: "Happy birthday to my first wife."
Keane also cropped his other half out of the photo, which appears to have been taken when the couple were on holiday.
Robbie Keane and Gary Neville were among those to comment on the snap, with both posting laughing emojis on it.
Former Sunderland manager Keane previously opened up on why he rarely speaks about his wife in public, describing Theresa as his "rock".
He told The Sunday Times: “I don’t really mention her in public.
“But in fairness to her, she has been a rock in my life. Just brilliant.
“She reads me better than I read myself. I wouldn’t say Theresa likes every part of the package.”
He added: “She knows I haven’t got a halo over my head.
“Actually, that’s what she likes about me.
“She also knows I am not the nastiest person in the world.”
Speaking to Gary Neville earlier this year, Keane explained how he came to be on Instagram.

He said: "My youngest daughter, she goes 'Listen Dad, we're in lockdown, can you do do it for a laugh?'
"Sitting at the kitchen table with my 16-year-old daughter and I said 'Come on yeah, let's do it for a laugh,' for a bit of fun.
"It's my daughter, but I've met people who have said to me, 'Who's your team? Where's your team based?' and I went, 'Where's my team?' as if I have a team.
"And I thought 'Well I have a team based in New York and London, working'. It's me and my 16-year-old daughter, she's Chief Executive.
"Well we say manage it, f**k off like, 'Can we do a picture, let's do a picture today,' is that managing it?
Asked if he thought Instagram could help get him a job, Keane replied in typical Keane fashion.
"Helps me in what way? I've a good life, help me in what way?" Keane said.
"Instagram might get me a job? So forget my Pro Licence and all my football experience, Instagram will get me a f***ing job. That's great, you should have told me that years ago. Jesus."
