Roy Keane trolls bestie Micah Richards with caption on Ian Wright social media post

Roy Keane and Micah Richards have seemingly become every football fan's favourite punditry pairing.

The two former pro footballers represented rival clubs in Manchester United and Manchester City so a friendship between the pair would have always seemed unlikely.

But similar to Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher, they have put their staunch allegiances towards their former clubs to one side and have formed a loveable relationship while working together on Sky Sports.

The pair made headlines last week on Sky Bet's Roy and Micah's Road to Wembley, as their friendship appeared to blossom once again.

Gary Neville, who joined the lads for one of the episodes, took to social media admitting that the pair were the most popular duo on sports TV at the moment.

He said: "I was lucky enough to join the best double act in punditry. I think we’re done [tagged Jamie Carragher]."

In another episode, Micah asked Roy who are his friends outside of football, to which Roy replied: "What makes you think I have mates?"

Keane has now trolled Micah by posting a picture on Instagram alongside Arsenal legend Ian Wright, with the caption: "With my mate Wrighty watching the football. Don’t be jealous Micah."

The post, uploaded to his 1.4m followers, went down a treat with fans of the duo.

One person commented: "I can hear Micah laughing in the background."

Another said: "Joke is on us, Micah took the picture."

A third said: "Best account on Insta. Not even a debate."
