Roy Keane has shown off his 'six-pack' and his swimming pool in his latest social media adventure.
The Ireland football legend is a new and cautious convert to Instagram, but he couldn't resist a snap of himself enjoying the summer heat wave.
Posting a picture of himself topless and double-handed with watering cans, Keane wrote: "Real men water their box balls. No editing was done to create this six pack."
As well as jokingly showing off his physique, Keane also shows off his Cheshire mansion, which has a swimming pool and a well-tended garden thanks to the former Manchester United captain.
Keane has already racked up 1.4 million followers since joining the social media platform.
Industry experts suggest Keane could claim as much as €50,000 for one message endorsing a product, but it remains to be seen if Keane will start trying to influence fellow gardeners.
Most recently the 49-year-old was working for ITV, doing punditry duties for Euro 2020.
