Roy Keane's absence from Sky Sports punditry was a source of puzzlement for viewers after Manchester United 's thrashing against Liverpool.
But even though he wasn't in the studio, Keane is still getting plenty of attention for previous quotes that seemed to suggest it was coming.
The outspoken pundit is one of the most infamous voices in modern football and he usually makes for some box-office viewing.
So fans were left rueing his absence when his old club went 5-0 down to Liverpool at Old Trafford - something he'd likely have had plenty to say about.
While Rangers hitman Jermain Defoe dissected the action alongside Graeme Souness, Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville, however, Keane was busy going viral on Twitter for quotes from earlier this year.
Appearing to point the finger at Paul Pogba and others, Keane said previously: "These are the players that threw Mourinho under the bus and they will do exactly the same with Ole.
"Leopards don't change their spots. There's too many bluffers at this club to get United back to the very top."
There certainly appeared to be some "bluffers" on the pitch at Old Trafford as United fell to their heaviest home defeat since Tottenham thrashed them 6-1 a year ago.
A woeful defensive performance was capped off when Pogba emerged from the bench and saw red for a horrendous challenge on Naby Keita.
That came after Cristiano Ronaldo had a late consolation chalked off on a day where very little went right for the Red Devils.
