Roy Keane has disagreed with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's suggestion that Manchester United have "two numbers 1s".
Dean Henderson was picked ahead of David de Gea for the second Premier League match running, with the Spaniard in goal for United's Europa League win over Granada.
With seven matches of the season to go, Henderson appears to have nosed ahead of De Gea despite Solskjaer refusing to publicly state who his number one goalkeeper is.
Keane believes that De Gea is under "huge pressure" to earn his place in the team back, whilst disagreeing that Henderson isn't now the club's number one goalkeeper.
“I wouldn’t agree with Ole, I think he sees Dean Henderson as his number one now," Keane told Sky Sports.
"He’s given him a run of games - okay, he played De Gea in the week, which was a comfortable game. He’s given Dean his trust in him now to play in the big games.
"He’s certainly going to get until the end of the season, unless he has a complete disaster, so I think De Gea is under huge pressure now to try and get his position back in the team.”
Speaking on the decision to start Henderson before kick-off against Tottenham, Solskjaer said: “Dean has had good momentum, he’s played really well, so we carried on with him today.
"David played well in Granada, he kept a clean sheet, but he played Thursday night and with travel and everything, Dean had more of a rest and we felt we’d put him in goal today.”
