Roy Keane and Gary Neville disagree on Arsenal's Champions League chances amid Man United claim

Arsenal secured their fourth Premier League win on the bounce, defeating Watford 3-2 at Vicarage Road on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners came off the back of a last-gasp victory against Bruno Lage's Wolves and continued to show that they really are the real deal under Mikel Arteta.

Young attackers Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka both delivered exceptional performances, netting a goal each before half-time as Gabriel Martinelli then got in on the act with a powerful strike after the break.

Despite a nervy defensive display, the north Londoners were able to hold on for all three points, a result that leaves them fourth in the current standings, one point ahead of Manchester United, who have played three more times in the league than their top-four rivals.

Still, United icon Gary Neville has predicted Ralf Rangnick and Co to pip Arteta's side to fourth place.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Neville said: "I think United will still do it (finish in the top four).

"I don’t trust Arsenal fully, I think it would be brilliant for Mikel Arteta and that group of players if they did, it would be fantastic, but they’ve still got some big games to play and there’s a long way to go."

However, Keane disagreed with his former United teammate, backing the north London outfit as favourites to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League.

"Arsenal could be slight favourites", he said.

"We're praising them now but they've had some shocking results, especially in the cup competitions, but if you had said that they could finish above Man United a few months ago, you'd have been locked up."
