Roxy Horner embraces bridal style at London Burns Night event as she prepares for wedding to Jack Whitehall

Roxy Horner appeared to be fully embracing her bridal era as she stepped out for a Burns Night celebration at the Rosewood London.

The model, 34, who got engaged to comedian Jack Whitehall, 37, in December 2024, joined Singleton Whisky to toast the life and legacy of poet Robert Burns.

Hosted at The Chalet at Rosewood London, Horner, who shares two-year-old daughter Elsie with Whitehall, wore a striking beaded gown from Nadine Murabi’s new bridal collection, attending the event with close friend Belle Lucia.

Other guests included Tigerlily Taylor and Lady Amelia Windsor, who were welcomed with a dram tower of The Singleton 21 Year Old before moving through an evening of whisky tastings, food, music and live performances celebrating Scottish craft and culture.

Stylist Kyle De’Volle drew attention in one of his signature fashion-forward looks, while Scottish West End star Frances McCann and celebrity florist Christie Leigh Chung were also among those soaking up the atmosphere.

As the night unfolded, guests sat down to a traditional dinner featuring lamb and haggis pie by Rosewood’s chefs, alongside canapés including heritage beetroot tartare with daikon and hazelnut cream, and Scottish Angus beef tartare with oat sable, cornichon and smoked mayonnaise.

Horner and Whitehall, who is set to host the BRIT Awards for a sixth time next month, have yet to publicly confirm their wedding date, though the couple are expected to tie the knot sometime in 2026.

Elsewhere, Horner also spoke candidly about living with type 1 diabetes, sharing an emotional post on Instagram about how medical technology has transformed her daily life.

Diagnosed in 2021 after experiencing extreme thirst, nausea and exhaustion, she revealed she now uses an Omnipod insulin pump.

“Being able to give myself the hormone insulin is something I’ll never take for granted,” she wrote in a post late last month. “It’s the hormone my body stopped producing when I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Type 1 diabetes.”

Reflecting on how far treatment has come, she added: “And just over 100 years ago, giving yourself insulin didn’t even exist, so the fact I live in a time where this is possible, I count myself lucky.

“Thanks to the incredible scientists all those years ago and modern technology, I’m here, living my life fully.”

Horner also noted the contrast with her early diagnosis: “When I was first diagnosed, I had to inject myself 5–10 times a day with insulin. Now, I’m so grateful to be able to use my @omnipoduk, changing it just once every three days.”
