Rowan Obsorne is the latest player to leave Leinster in the hope of more game-time with Munster.
Scrum-half Osborne, 24, is joining the Reds on a one-year deal, having turned pro with Leinster in 2019 after impressing with Dublin University in the AIL, and the Kildare man has made 10 appearances in the PRO14 for the province.
He is heading down with the N7 as another scrum-half, Nick McCarthy, is returning from Munster to re-join Leinster after two years in Limerick, where he had Conor Murray and the emerging Craig Casey to contend with.
Osborne said: "I am delighted to be joining Munster next season, one of the biggest clubs in Europe with a great fanbase and history.
"I am hugely looking forward to working with and learning from a really talented group of players and a great coaching ticket and working hard to help bring success to the club.
"I have learned an incredible amount and have had the opportunity to work and play with some of the best people in rugby, as well as making life long friendships. There is of course still work to do and trophies to win this season.
"I would like to sincerely thank everyone in the Leinster Rugby community - fans, players, coaches and staff - for the past two years. It has been a privilege to represent my home province.
"I would also like to thank Dublin University Rugby for the big part they played in my development. Without their help, these opportunities would not have come about."
